FREE DVD: Physical Therapist Created Core Exercises

We've recently partnered with Dr. James Vegher DPT to create foundational core exercises that we could gift to people before they start our beginner routines.

These 2-8 minute exercises target the deep core muscles that run horizontally around the abdomen (Transverse Abdominis). These muscles are designed for stabilization of the spine and adding structural support to the body during normal everyday movements.
